How to Hail with ARRO:

1. On the home screen, locate and tap the box labeled "I NEED TO HAIL A TAXI".
2. In the box labeled "Where are you going?", enter your destination and select it from the provided list.
3. You'll then receive a fare estimate, route preview, and an estimated time of arrival for the nearest available driver.
4. To request a ride, simply tap "REQUEST RIDE" at the bottom of the screen. ARRO will then match you with a driver.
5. Once your ride is completed, the fare will be automatically paid using the card on file or any other preferred payment method.

How to Pay with ARRO:

• If you're already in a taxi that wasn't hailed through the ARRO app:
• • In the US, tap "I'M ALREADY IN A TAXI" on the home screen. Then enter the 7-digit check-in code displayed on the taxi's screen to connect your ARRO account with the taximeter. At the end of your trip, the fare will be automatically paid, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
  • In London, tap "I'M ALREADY IN A TAXI" on the home screen. Request the check-in code from your driver and enter the 7-digit code to pair your ARRO account with the taximeter. At the end of your journey, the fare will be automatically paid, and a receipt will be sent to your email.
